After your account has been registered, you will have access to a set of services, including the VPN.

For Visitors:
- Eduroam is active at the Physics Department. If you do not have an eduroam account through your institution, please contact us some weeks before your visit.
- To allow for a smooth reimbursement process, we kindly ask you to provide the following documents (for any questions, please contact giulia.loguercio@uniroma1.it)
- pdf of your flight/train ticket receipts
- pdf of your e-boarding pass (mobile screenshots are allowed in pdf format). If you don't have an electronic boarding pass, you will have to send the original boarding pass by regular mail after your trip (photocopies not allowed)
- a copy of your ID
- this form, filled with claims and signed (4 signatures)
- original receipts (no photocopies allowed) of all claims (including hotel, meals, buses, and trains).
For Students:
New students (master thesis, PhD students) must register following these instructions:
- For the group leader: register the student to the database
- For students: fill this document, sign it, and bring it to your thesis advisor
- After the document is accepted by the thesis advisor and group leader, it should be brought to Mrs Alba Perrotta
- After the registration in the Department DB is done, your advisor will register you to the INFN database for INFN credentials
